Andrea Burkhart grew up in Richland, Washington. She graduated from Whitman College in Walla Walla and obtained her J.D. summa cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. Andrea is a partner in Burkhart & Burkhart, PLLC, a general practice law firm in Walla Walla. Along with her work in estate planning, real estate transactions and construction law, Andrea provides water-related services to clients including counseling on obtaining and maintaining water rights, drafting shared water use agreements, and dividing water rights.
